At our 2018 gala we will be sharing stories of how God is using Onside Athletics to impact communities, families and individuals.  We will be raising awareness and funds for our student leadership program.  We’d love for you to join us.

Is there a benefit to being a table sponsor?

Absolutely! Table sponsors not only get to fill their table with 8 guests of their choosing (including themselves) they will be recognized at the event and as an event sponsor at For businesses, we are offering three sponsorship levels.  To learn more click HERE.

What will the evening look like?

Doors open at 6PM. Dinner begins at 6:45PM.  Your meal will be catered by Gourmet Catering.  A night will include a short program highlighting Onside stories.  The silent auction will run throughout the evening.

What is the refund policy?

If you need to cancel you attendance at this event, you may do so and receive a full refund up to 30 days prior.

Will I receive a tax receipt?

We are unable to give tax receipts for the purchase of tickets or tables. Throughout the evening we will be raising funds on behalf of Calvary Baptist Church to go towards their summer leadership program. A tax receipt will be given, by Calvary Baptist Church, for any donations to Calvary.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Table sponsors will receive all 8 of their tickets by mail, so they may hand them out to their guests to bring. General seat purchasing (less than a table of 8) are encouraged to print out their online ticket and bring to the event.

Can I donate to the silent auction?
